Nigel Ellis is the Managing director of West Heath Garage. Nigel Joined West Heath Garage in March 2020 and has had an extensive career in the motor trade spanning 35 years working for VW, Audi & Porsche before setting up Berkshire Specialist Cars in 2011 which was then merged with West Heath to run as one business.

Phil Blackburn is the Service Manager and has been with WHG for 6 years. He is also responsible for the aftersales department. Phil has been working with Stellantis for the last 16 years. He has a wealth of knowledge, which he uses and shares with the team. Phil started in the industry as a Service Advisor and has worked his way up to where he is now.

Cindy Patfield is the Service Supervisor. She joined WHG in 2021 as a Receptionist and then moved into a new role as Service Supervisor. She provides support and assistance to Phil within his role, along with helping out the Service Advisors.

Luke Savage is one of our Service Advisors. Luke joined WHG in 2020. He has been in the industry for 16 years. Before becoming a Service Advisor, he was a technician, which brings a lot of knowledge to his role.

Tom Finck is one of our Service Advisors. Tom joined WHG in 2023 as one of our Valeters and Drivers. He then moved into the role of Service Advisor, he plays a crucial role in enhancing customer experience by offering assistance, taking bookings, and keeping customers informed throughout the service process.

Keith Winstanley is our Parts Manager. He joined WHG back in February 1987. Keith has held many roles during his time here, from Parts Man to Service Manager, Aftersales Manager, and back to Parts Manager.

Chris Vickery is our Master Technician, specialising in Subaru, Citroën, and Peugeot vehicles. He is also our EV specialist. Chris joined West Heath Garage in 2011. He has been in the industry and working with Stellantis for 22 years.

Dean Hobbs is our Senior Technician. Dean joined West Heath Garage in 2009. He specialises in engine rebuilds and enjoys solving diagnostics on vehicles. Dean has been in the industry for 27 years.

Kester Christian is one of our Technicians. He joined us in 2021. Kester is our Bosch specialist and is always keen to learn and train to further his career. He is currently working his way toward becoming a Diagnostic Technician.

Dan Wake has been with West Heath Garage since 2023. Before this, Dan was a college lecturer, teaching motor mechanics to young aspiring teens. Before joining WHG, Dan worked for Skoda and brings with him a wealth of knowledge about these vehicles.

Duncan Findlay joined us in 2024. Duncan has come back to the industry after some time away. He went to college to study the motor trade and has worked with many different brands over the years.

Warren Tepper joined West Heath Garage in 2024 and is a Commercial Technician. Warren has extensive knowledge of DPF cleans. Before coming to WHG, he worked with heavy goods vehicles. Warren has been in the industry for 18 years.

Stuart Leslie is a Technician and has been with us since 2023. Stuart has been in the industry since he was 14 and has worked with different brands over the years. In addition to his career in the motor trade, he has a hobby of working with cars.

Damian Beauchamp is the MOT Tester. Damian joined us in 2023. He has been in the industry for 27 years. Before becoming a MOT Tester, Damian was a Technician and has worked with many different brands over the years.

Jon Strike is one of our Valeters and Drivers. Jon joined us in 2023. He enjoys seeing a shiny vehicle and takes great pride in his work. In his spare time, Jon enjoys getting out on his motorbikes.

Mike Smith is one of our Valeters and Drivers. Mike joined us in 2023. He enjoys cycling and driving around in his classic cars in his spare time.
